Refund policy

At Signature Premier Services, we stand behind the quality of our digital products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable except under specific circumstances outlined below.
1. No Refunds for Digital Products
Since our products are digital and immediately accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. This policy helps us prevent unauthorized distribution and protect the integrity of our products.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
Technical Issues: If you are experiencing technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing or using the product, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, a refund may be considered.
Incorrect Purchase: If you unintentionally purchased the wrong product and have not yet accessed or downloaded the content, you may be eligible for a refund upon request.
3. How to Request a Refund

The email address used for the purchase.

The reason for your refund request.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Please note that all refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:
Change of mind after the purchase.
Lack of usage or non-participation in the product or course after purchase.
Not receiving the desired results from the product.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and restrict access to our services and in some cases, theft of service.
